The next SENIOR MOMENTS MEETING will be held as follows:

Senior Moments will meet on Tuesday November 19 at 1 pm in the Conference Room.
Christina Lu from the Somerset County Office of Aging will be giving a
presentation on programs and services available to help Seniors remain in
their homes. This presentation is open to all parishioners, including younger
people who are caregivers for their senior parents.

Pledge In-gathering Sunday 2024

When: Sunday, November 4 after the 10:30 am Mass.

Please join us for a special fellowship reception following the 10:30 am Mass. If you can bring a finger food for the reception, please email Alison. We hope to see you there!

Outreach – Items for Veterans

in

St. Martin’s will collect new scarves, hats, socks, and underwear until November 31st. Only new items, please. 

These items are for Valley Brook Village, housing for veterans. There are about 115 residents, mostly men, with about 8 women.

Women’s Group Brunch

When: Sunday, October 27, 2024 ~ Noon

Where: Somerville

Outreach – Fall 2024

The Food Bank is in great need of food items, paper goods, and toiletries for our neighbors in Somerset County. We especially want to focus on personal items and cleaning products, such as toothpaste, feminine products, toilet paper, cleaning supplies, etc. Cash and checks are also greatly appreciated. There’s always a container on the stairs leading up to the choir loft. 

St. Martin’s will collect styrofoam until the end of September, perhaps longer. It will go to a business in Somerville which makes it into molding for cruise ships.
